There are many ways hygiene can occur to your body. You want to stay in shape don't you? Well eating healthy and staying in shape is very good for the body. Keeping your body in shape is a good part in hygiene. If your over weight and don't watch what you eat, you could become someone who never wants to go outside and be a part of the outside world. Junk food can make you break out and breaking out requires cleaning your face witch leads back to hygiene. There are many things hygiene is made of. Fruits and vegetables are your best choice in healthy foods. Try your best to have some fruit as well as vegetables once a day, exercise for at least an hour of the day, and shower daily and you will be in pretty good shape.
